To chant a mantra, once bath or be fresh, sit in comfortable manner facing east or north. Pray to the diety (related planet/god). Pray that “I promise to chant your mantra and if in case I do fault pronunciation, excuse me god”. Then start chanting the mantra. Once chant, stop for 20-30 second (or take one or two normal breath). Again chant the same mantra, again stop for 20-30 second (or take one or two normal breath). Again chant again stop for the same time period. Continue this process of about 30 minutes or manage chanting according to your timetable. This chanting technique brings lots of hope and fate with you, that you will feel within a day. Thus lets try it and be hopeful to our beautiful lives.
