Nepal 2nd Constitution election 2070 BS (2013).

Everybody know that Nepal is going its 2nd constitution election in 2013 Nov 19 (2070 Marg 4 gate). This election will be very costly than the previous election. This election will have to face many unnecessary events. Because in 2070 BS; Jupiter is king of planets and saturn is the minister. Now Jupiter is become retrogade from 6th Nov 2013and saturn is 7th house with retrogade rahu. Since jupiter is retrogade, it loosen its power and capacity to work efficiently and saturn is itself paap graha with demon rahu. Hence the election of Nepal will be hampered lots. Citizens should be careful for security cause to give their rights through votes.

Since jupiter is retrogade and saturn is with rahu, BABURAM BHATTARAI=39=3; and MADHAV KUMAR NEPAL=58=4 will get defeated in their election in 2nd constitution election, Nepal at least from one area.
